As a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and Agile Coach, enhanced the Agile Community of Practice (CoP) at T-Mobile to foster greater collaboration, share case studies, explore innovative work methods, and provide resources for continuous improvement across teams. The CoP was designed as a voluntary, cross-functional group where members could learn from each other, exchange best practices, and drive the adoption of Agile values and principles throughout the organization.

Key activities:

  • Developed and presented the Agile CoP Presentation to guide discussions, set shared goals, and support ongoing knowledge sharing.
  • Created an environment where Agile change agents and enthusiasts could connect, ask questions, and collaboratively solve challenges faced during T-Mobile’s Agile transformation.
  • Offered resources and curated content to help teams continuously improve their delivery and embrace a culture of learning and experimentation.

Through these efforts, the Agile CoP became a powerful force for alignment, learning, and innovation, helping teams at T-Mobile strengthen their Agile mindset and accelerate their journey toward organizational agility.
