Situation:
- Implementation of new Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Branded site at AGCO Advanced Technology Solutions with new and existing content, assets, and functionality. AGCO is a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural equipment, through brands like Challenger®, Fendt®, GSI®, Massey Ferguson® and Valtra®.
Action:
- Created and managed new and existing content and assets migration schedule in SmartSheet project plan.
- Worked directly with AGCO stakeholders gathering requirements creating web content strategies, selecting site content, assets, templates, components, news feeds, event calendar, and videos.
- Coordinated with numerous cross-functional teams utilizing scrum ceremonies, sprints, backlog grooming, planning, daily stand-ups, check-in, reviews, retrospectives, and reporting.
