- Launch Funding Network required a system to track and manage the complete life cycle of their clients. They wanted the ability to customize and automate customer engagement journeys with nurture and retention campaigns.

- Built the business case for CRM and Marketing system to engage and track companies, investment sources, and vendors through out the sales funnel cycle.
- Analyzed platform marketing solutions that provided customer journey engagements, marketing automation, and analysis tools. Selected Infusionsoft Email Marketing, CRM, & E-Commerce Automation system.
- Prepared segmented data for importation into CRM.
- Executed the implementation of Infusionsoft including creating sales funnels and writing engagement and retention journey campaigns to attract and enroll companies & investment sources. Tracked and measured campaigns.
