Launch Funding Network – Customer Journey Sales & Marketing Solutions

Situation:

  • Launch Funding Network required a system to track and manage the complete life cycle of their clients. They wanted the ability to customize and automate customer engagement journeys with nurture and retention campaigns.

Action:

  • Built the business case for CRM and Marketing system to engage and track companies, investment sources, and vendors through out the sales funnel cycle.
  • Analyzed platform marketing solutions that provided customer journey engagements, marketing automation, and analysis tools.  Selected Infusionsoft Email Marketing, CRM, & E-Commerce Automation system.
  • Prepared segmented data for importation into CRM.
  • Executed the implementation of Infusionsoft including creating sales funnels and writing engagement and retention journey campaigns to attract and enroll companies & investment sources. Tracked and measured campaigns.
  • Wrote campaign content for websites, investor event campaigns, ecommerce products, community forums, promotions, newsletters, and private equity conferences.

Result:

  • Increased by 12%, company funding investments and investor retention, through journey engagement and nurture campaigns driven by Infusionsoft Email Marketing, CRM, & E-Commerce Automation system.
