- The PEPS company was reinventing their business and required new name, re-branding, new website, and customer journey solutions.
Action:
- Conducted a strategy roadmap session with PEPS Stakeholders. Created PEPS Domestic and International Investigators new name, new brand and logo.
- Defined the customer journey for PEPS online marketing funnel.
- Provided marketing support including development of assets, imagery, reviewing messaging, etc. to ensure every interaction with the service is a positive experience.
- Built new website, blog. Worked with stakeholders to develop content and imaging.
- Created videos, social media channels (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+), and opt-in form.
- Developed social media and email marketing campaigns.
Result:
As Digital Project Manager, Digital Marketing, and Account Manager worked with PEPS company, now known as PEPS Domestic and International Investigators. Successfully launched site and customer journey campaigns. Improved online presence and lead generation. PEPS was able to gain hundreds of clients from their rebranded business.
