Situation:
- In the Customer Service Group (CSG) Enablement, the Project Management Office (PMO) governance was seeking greater efficiency, tighter monitoring, and standardized processes.
Action:
As Project Manager assigned to PMO, I created and tracked a Project Plan Roadmap in alignment with executive reporting. Additionally I documented and consolidated standards, policies, and procedures for the CSG Enablement team and PMO including:
