- Examined the business case. Rewrote the requirements adding pertinent project details, so I could get an accurate quote.
- Identified the technical and functional resources required to implement and deliver the technical solution.
- Worked with vendors and received an excellent bid from a reliable Coca-Cola Vendor, saving $70,000.
- Tracked integration, development, QA process, and WOCC project acceptance testing.
Result:
- Vendor completed Salesforce form project successfully.
